Shipping

Our prices are quoted in euros (€) and may vary depending on the EU country.
The prices shown include shipping costs and value-added tax (VAT).
Customs duties or other public charges that may be levied in individual countries are not included in the price.

The delivery time is 3–6 working days.

For shipments to islands without bridge connections, a surcharge of €30 per parcel currently applies.
Please inform us of this when placing your order.
The amount will only be charged after the goods have been shipped.

Shipping is carried out by DPD Deutschland GmbH.

The laws of the European Union (EU) apply.

Returns

All items purchased in our online shop come with a 14-day return policy.
The period begins on the day you receive the goods.

Please return the item undamaged and in its original packaging.
The shipping costs for the return are borne by the sender.

After receiving and inspecting the return, the net purchase price (minus shipping costs and VAT) will be refunded to the specified bank account within 7 business days.
Urns of Nature does not accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

In the event of material or manufacturing defects, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
