Our prices are quoted in euros (€) and may vary depending on the EU country.
The prices shown include shipping costs and value-added tax (VAT).
Customs duties or other public charges that may be levied in individual countries are not included in the price.

The delivery time is 3–6 working days.

For shipments to islands without bridge connections, a surcharge of €30 per parcel currently applies.
Please inform us of this when placing your order.
The amount will only be charged after the goods have been shipped.

Shipping is carried out by DPD Deutschland GmbH.

The laws of the European Union (EU) apply.

Returns

All items purchased from our online shop are subject to a 14-day return policy.
The period begins on the day you receive the goods.

Please return the item undamaged and in its original packaging.
Urns of Nature will cover the shipping costs for the return.

After receipt and inspection of the return, the net purchase price will be transferred to the specified bank account within 7 working days.

Urns of Nature accepts no liability for lost or damaged returns.
