The contract is concluded when you place an order and we confirm it via email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is carried out within the European Union by DPD Deutschland GmbH.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the net purchase price – excluding shipping costs and VAT – within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods, to your bank account.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
You bear the cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a material or manufacturing defect.

The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
Urns of Nature - Woodimex GmbH assumes no liability for lost or damaged returns.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty / Liability for Defects

The statutory warranty period of two years from delivery of the goods applies.
This covers defects resulting from material or manufacturing faults.
Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or external influences.

10. Liability

Urns of Nature - Woodimex GmbH is fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, Urns of Nature - Woodimex GmbH is only liable for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.
Any further liability is excluded.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

12. Jurisdiction / Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
The relevant statutory provisions shall apply instead of the invalid clause.

14. Final Provisions

The contract language is German.
Amendments or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in text form.
Urns of Nature - Woodimex GmbH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
