Are the urns suitable for all cemeteries and natural burial sites?

Yes, the urns from Urns of Nature are generally suitable for all cemeteries and natural burial sites that allow biodegradable urns. Our models are made exclusively from natural, eco-friendly materials such as bamboo and natural fibers, meeting the requirements of all municipal cemeteries and natural burial grounds.
How long does it take for the urn to decompose completely?

All urns from Urns of Nature are environmentally friendly and biodegradable. Depending on soil conditions, they fully decompose within less than ten years.
Is the urn delivered with an ash capsule?

No, the urns are delivered without ash capsules. If required, an ash capsule can be purchased separately from Urns of Nature. It will then be delivered together with the urn. Only the Bamboo urn natural – No. 29 and Bamboo urn Junior – No. 10 are not compatible with standard ash capsules.

However, all Urns of Nature urns are supplied in a biodegradable bag that can also be used for the ashes. This means that a separate ash capsule is not absolutely necessary.
How fast is the delivery?

We usually ship your urn within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delivery within Germany takes around 3 working days.

For deliveries within Europe, shipping may take a little longer – typically 3 to 6 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DPD tracking number to follow your shipment.

Can I return or exchange the urn after purchase?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the legal right of withdrawal, provided that the urn is unused and undamaged. As this is a sensitive product intended for funeral use, opened or already filled urns unfortunately cannot be returned.

Can I purchase an urn directly as a private customer?

Yes, private customers can order urns directly through our online shop. Simply select your preferred model and complete your purchase via the Shopify checkout.
